“This is what we all have to live up to” was a quote overheard from within the bridal room of Riverwood Mansion last Saturday.  It came from a bridesmaid who was overcome by the absolute radiance of Shawn all dressed in her wedding gown and prepared to walk down the aisle to meet her groom.  She truly looked magical.  11 bridesmaids, 11 groomsmen, and around 300 guests came together to witness this union of Shawn and Andy – a grand testament to their love for one another.  And the evening was truly magical. 

This past Saturday I had the pleasure of second shooting the wedding of Shawn and Andy.  The main photographer was the amazing Courtney DeLaura of Peachtree Studio, a photography studio based out of Knoxville, TN.  Be sure to check out her blog to see her amazing work.  I had such a wonderful time being in the company of so many great people and captured some images that I really love.  Stunning bride, handsome groom, breathtaking location, and love hanging thick in the air – what more could a photographer ask for??  I want to send a great big thank you to Courtney for inviting me along and to Shawn and Andy for allowing me to share in their special day.
