Oh I am so late getting back to the blog this week! And really, I would like to say I’ve been busy but that wouldn’t be entirely true. Yes, I have been editing my last two weddings and meeting with new prospective clients, but I’ve also been doing fabulous things that can really only happen during the winter slow season like going to bed early and planning vacations, YAY! Anyway I thought I’d take this opportunity to blabber on about things that I’ve been up to lately and just general things I feel like sharing
1) Poor John had his wisdom teeth removed last week. He’s done great, especially considering that this is a procedure usually done on 18 year olds and he’s….well let’s just say when John was 18 he was stylin in Member’s Only jackets and a Vanilla Ice hair cut.
2) A week ago today I visited Imaging USA with my friend Emily. We just went to the Expo part which is basically a giant photography tradeshow. Lots and lots and LOTS of products on display. So many albums. My head is still kinda spinning from it all, but it was super fun.

3) So, anyone remember my post confessing my love for these peppers? Well I went through a terrible time of getting bad batches and have therefore all but weaned myself off of them. My latest obsession are these hamburger dill pickle packs. Mmmmmm.

4) I’ve been thinking about signing up for twitter. I know, SHOCKING. A couple of my amazing 2010 brides are on it and a few other people that I think are funny or smart or interesting are too. For now though, I’m still on the fence.
5) I’ve finally gotten back into going to the gym this week. Boooo on those extra holiday pounds! Maybe the bacon toffee wasn’t such a good idea after all. I’m looking for some new upbeat tunes to fill my iPod. What are some of your favorite make-you-wanna-run songs?
6) Can we please discuss Target for a minute and how I can never get out of that place for less than $50?? It’s ridiculous. And considering I work right next door and the temptation to browse the lanes at lunch is often too much to resist, this is becoming a serious problem. Ahhh Target, I love you for always having the cutest things, but I hate you for taking all my money!!

7) Oh!! This one is mega exciting!! We’re going on a cruise! John and I booked our first ever cruise for Valentine’s Day. I. Can. Not. Wait!!
8 ) Speaking of Valentine’s Day, since February is the month of love, we will be having some wedding package specials that week that you will not want to miss out on so be on the lookout for those.
9) And because I missed Money Saving Monday this week (I was out celebrating my little brother’s 20th birthday), check out this post from D*Sponge on how to create an adorable cookie display on a budget.
Ok I think that about sums it up. Hopefully I will have some less random things to post about in the coming week

WHOO HOO CRUISE!!!!! I can’t wait for you to go!
So running songs…
“Boom Boom Pow” by the Black Eyed Peas is good. I can’t sit still when that’s on.
“She Wolf” Shakira
Anything by Lady Gaga (love her…even though someone else does, too, still doesn’t ruin it for me!)
“3″ Britney Spears
“If You Seek Amy” Britney Spears
…basically anything from Britney’s new album. Sadly, I have become a fan. She’s really good if you take her music for what it is…a good dance beat.
Oh yeah…anything that’s been on the Jersey Shore. LOL It’s good Eurotrash dance techno music like we used to like!!!
